EMPOWERING WOMEN'S HEALTH: SEMINAR ORGANIZED AT ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL/HOWRAH

In a dedicated effort to prioritize women's health, Orthopaedic Hospital, Howrah, hosted a seminar on Women Health Care on 10.01.2024 under the guidance of Dr. Debasish Guha, Chief Medical Superintendent/Howrah. Dr. Chaitali Patra, Divisional Medical Officer/Pediatrics, addressed the audience on the crucial topic of women's healthcare at various life stages.

Focusing on orthopedic issues affecting women, Dr. Shweta Vandurkar, Diplomate of National Board(DNB) /PGT/Orthopedics, shed light on prevalent concerns such as Osteoporosis and Arthritis. Dr. Kangati Sneha Reddy, Additional Divisional Medical Officer/Pulmonologist, delivered an insightful presentation on the pivotal role women play in society. She highlighted the significance of equal opportunities for girls in education and professional development.
